These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UnboxMovie app and website operated by Arvis Digital ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using UnboxMovie, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Contest Rules.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Contests and prizes are open to residents of India unless stated otherwise.
• Some prizes or features may have additional age or location requirements.

3 Your Account

• You sign in using your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
• Provide accurate information, especially for prize delivery.
• One account per person. Multiple or fake accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4 Points & Rewards

• Points are earned through legitimate in-app activities (contests, spins, quizzes, treasure zones, QR scans, etc.).
• We may adjust point values, earning rules, or expire inactive points with notice.
• Points earned through fraud, bugs, or automated tools will be removed.

5 Fair Play & Conduct

To keep UnboxMovie fair and fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to earn points.
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• Tamper with location data to claim Treasure Zones you aren't physically near.
• Harass other users or post offensive content.

6 Prizes

Prize availability, eligibility, and the winner-selection process are described in our Contest Rules. Winners are chosen fairly and contacted in-app. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable.

7 Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including the UnboxMovie name, logo, design, graphics, and software — is owned by Arvis Digital or its licensors and is protected by law. Movie titles and related trademarks belong to their respective owners; contests are for entertainment and are not endorsed by those rights holders unless stated.

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvis Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Contests are games of skill and chance offered for entertainment.

9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
